Req ID Ponte de Lima, Portugal We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Engineering Team in Ponte de Lima, Portugal About the Team: Program Management IRS Team located in Spain and Portugal is leading one of the key Global Development regions for airbag applications, not only for most European customers, also for Global ones. Main accountabilities, responsabilities and deliverables: Lead and manage the project teams & main customer contact partner for the project during execution phases (from kick off untill closure); Support acquisition activities on a case-by-case basis as agreed with program management lead; Responsible for preparing and rework the total project plan including time and budget planning, in accordance to GDPEP requirements; Responsible for meeting both customer and ZF milestones, key process indicators (profit, quality, time) and interacting with customer through specific interfaces; Providing regular project status reports to customer and ZF management; Profit responsability for product/ investments/ tooling and development/ budget planning and total project cost control; Guarantee the updated information availabitlity about project, manage risks, issues and action plans to recover deviations; Management of modifications during the development process; Organizing and performin GDPEP phase exit reviews, participating in customer audits, customer assessments, IATF audits. Required skills and experience / main competences: Engineering degree or experience in automotive industry as Program Manager Competency in ZF product design fundamentls, automotive APQP processes, PPAP processes, manufacturing knowledge, and financial management basics; Microsoft Project user (other similar toll) Preferred PMP certification through PMI, Prince 2 or Agile; Fluent in english and portuguese, other optional languages (french, german) as a plus; Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills, negotiation, problem solving abilities and a customer/stakeholder service orientation; Risk management, Financial, Quality, Lean Mfg knowledge.
