We are looking for a new colleague in our department Regional Export Control EMEA at our location in Ponte de Lima
Your responsibilities as Senior Manager (M/F/d) Regional Export Control EMEA and India :
- Responsibility for ensuring compliance with foreign trade law (export control and sanction regulations) in EMEA and India as well as legal advice on export control and sanction laws
- Contact for all questions of export control and sanction regulations
- Management, Organization and Leading of the Foreign Trade Department EMEA and India including Export Control Contacts at plants
- Cooperation with internal and external service providers, as well as contacts with export control authority
- Export license management, Export Control Classification and training of affected employees
- Support roll-out of strategic Foreign Trade Export Control Management and Classification IT Tool
Your qualifications as Senior Manager (M/F/d) Regional Export Control EMEA and India :
- Law degree with at least 6 years of professional experience in the field of export control
- Management experience and intercultural experience
- Technical understanding and good knowledge of the ZF product portfolio
- Fluent English; preferably another language
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP
- Resilience, good communication and didactic skills are required as well as flexibility and willingness to travel
