Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Ensure fraud prevention, Know-Your-Customer/Know-Your-Vendor identity verifications and conducts vendor bank details confirmation by following internal procedures in regards of payment compliance.

Receive and evaluate documentation to create or change Bank details Ensure the compliance of all the documentation according with internal control requirements Request the confirmation of the bank data with the third party involved or intercompany via phone and other different communication channels Identify and highlight nefarious activity Manage exception queues Follow up the gaps detection according to the internal control inquires

**Are you a MATCH? Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy (Nice to have) More than 1 year in similar function Experience in Business Services Center is a plus Experience in a multinational company is desirable

Intermediate in English (written and spoken) Arabic (mandatory)

German (nice to have)
