REQUIREMENTS : Customer service abilities. Quick learning attitude. Prior experience in handling travellers. Capability to work effectively under pressure. Problem-solving attitude. Proficiency in the English language. Availability to stay with us for a minimum period of four months.
TASKS :
- To perform tasks related to the front of house operations.
- Efficiently and politely handle customer complaints seeking solutions together with your peers.
- To assist in keeping the hotel clean together with WOT cleaning ninjas staff.
- Attend all training as required.
- Engage with travellers, receive their orders, and deliver beverages and refreshments in accordance with WOT protocols.
- Offering all WOT experiences to travellers
- But mainly Assure that all customers get the WOT experience.
WORKING HOURS :35 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE :
- English B2/C1
