Your work-life opportunity : As Brands & Partners Marketing Manager for Portugal, you will lead all the Marketing activities with CPG Brands and Restaurants. Brands team leads a suite of services designed to help Glovo's most strategic CPG brands and Partners grow and place their ads to increase the impact of their business through Glovo. Your priority will be to work backwards from the customer, identifying inputs to grow the top CPG Brands in Portugal and improve their performance. You will do this while facilitating great business relationships and ensuring brands' growth: analyzing past performance, great execution and co-creating marketing plans.

This is a full-time contract based in Lisbon

Be a part of a team where you will :

  • Own the relationship with approx the top 20 brands category leaders in Portugal and with huge potential with Glovo.

  • Lead a team of five with strong marketing, analytical and commercial skills and experience.

  • Partner internally with key functions (Groceries, Food, UX, BI, CRM ) to contribute to the definition of priorities, sales and operational goals according to the brands' needs.

  • Execute and negotiate joint business plans and assist in delivering impact for the brands your team supports.

  • Make Brands team impact grow reaching all CPG Brands with relevant presence in Portugal

  • Lead the relation with all the Glovo Account Managers for Restaurants to make our marketing assets (mostly bubbles, positioning and keywords) useful, impactful and profitable for them.

  • Regularly audit metrics to analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & cities.

  • Exhibit outstanding organization skills in performing multi-brand campaigns organization (stocks' forecast, product In & Outing, store audit...) and assortment updates.

  • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation.

  • You will help Brands & Partners Marketing team with focus on these variety of areas:

  • Business Advice: Providing business advice based on deep analysis and reporting, to identify areas of opportunities

  • Growth: collaborate with all available channels to have better assortment, visibility, pricing and increase sales of your brands. Same with Restaurants.

  • Selection: Helping grow the selection of products by managing the launch of new products and improving product assortment

  • Availability: Support operational excellence with your team.

  • Marketing campaigns: Work on initiatives to generate traffic, visibility and sales by supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Conversion: Planning and executing promotional activities and improving customer journey on Glovo.

  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have :

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in management, business administration, marketing or engineering.
  • +6 years of professional experience in CPG companies will be a must.
  • Be a team player and demonstrate managerial skills and experience.
  • Background in strategic consulting, digital businesses or retail.
  • Analytical skills: you´ll be a master with looker, excel and google data studio.
  • Planning, prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English. Spanish would be a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
