THE ROLE:As Commercial Planning & Trading Manager you will analyze the market, competition, and data insights to maximize revenue through effectively managing our fleet allocation, pricing, ancillaries, and stocks. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role gives you great exposure to Commercial Strategy and you will work in a dynamic, young, talented, and highly motivated team. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Use every available lever, such as Pricing and Stock Management to Maximize Revenue. Opportunities are everywhere!Planning & Control Indie Campers overall revenue performance (ancillaries, rental revenue, etc.)Analyze revenue performance, market trends and track competitor behavior to develop Revenue Management strategies.Liaise with Pricing, Stock Management, and E-Commerce capabilities to communicate all markets performance and sources for improvement.Look into the data to discover and unleash revenue opportunities.Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product & Technology to maximize revenue impact.Communicate! Inform, challenge, and influence the Leadership Team on Revenue questions. If you have good ideas, we will listen! Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.Lead a team of regional Commercial Planning and Trading Analysts and Associates. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar;6 years of proven experience in Management and Strategy Consulting;Highly analytical with a pragmatic approach;Capacity to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization;Capacity for innovative thinking and adaptability, crucial in a growing company;Fluent in English (fluency in additional languages, is a valued plus);You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations.
