We are looking for talents to perform as Team Leader, fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to increase one international team and maximize our client experience.

Tasks

Core Responsabilities :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements;
  • Analyse KPI's and Analytical profile of results (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Be in charge for the selection of personnel and initial training for new hires and continuous training
  • Cordinate with the different business areas to ensure that the implemented processes/procedures are aligned

Requirements : If you have :

  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Experience in Contact Center and 2 years as Team Leader
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools, call management telephony platforms and CRM's
  • Strong team work commitment, highly oriented to targets and objectives, as well as strong customer focus and dedication to client service
