Verisure is seeking an experienced, talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate Corporate Performance Management Senior Associate to support our Group Corporate Performance Management Team, with colleagues in Sweden, Madrid and Lisbon.The role will report to the Group Corporate Performance Management Manager and will be based in Lisbon.The Group Corporate Performance Management team is responsible for:1) Business reporting; definition, implementation, development, collection & quality assurance of Business KPI data used for analytical purposes by all parts of our business, 2) Tools implementation, development & maintenance including Data Warehouse , Analytical tool (e.g. Essbase), Consolidation tool (Hyperion Financial Management/HFM). Our aim is to support the business operations with tools to improve transparency and analytical capabilities in our local markets as well as at Group level.This is an exciting role which is expected to take the lead in some of our CPM projects and applications, doing the technical setup, maintenance and user assistance. Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business’ next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation.On the back of the extraordinary growth we have enjoyed in the past years, we aim to strengthen and further develop our Group Corporate Performance Management function including a strategic decision to centralise the function in Lisbon.Responsibilities will include, among others:Lead, develop and technical support of internal Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) projects, starting with Essbase.Co-administrator and developer of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management). Initial training and support will be provided by the other administrator.Collaborate in different Group Finance projects such as Financial Analysis, KPIs, Data Warehouse and technical activities with financial understanding.Take an educational role to assist local operations and group functions utilizing the tool capabilitiesTake ownership of accuracy, quality and timelines of data & analysis capabilities included in toolCandidate profileExperience and QualificationsWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals while Group Corporate Performance Management aims for centralization and standardisation.
