- Use qualitative and quantitative consumer insights to measure the effectiveness of new and existing capabilities.
- Must be willing to seek out and internalize customer feedback from multiple channels and look for intersecting points between customer needs and business outcomes.
- Independently lead and gracefully collaborate with design, engineering, analytics and data science teams.
- Ensure successful roll-out and support of new products and features.
