Bosch Service Solutions Division offers innovative solutions for ""Business Process Outsourcing"" for business processes and complex services. We work all over the world, in over 30 languages and 15 countries. We are focused on development and implementation of holistic and innovative solutions in areas as mobility, buildings and Customer Interaction as well as services related to internal processes Bosch, directed especially to the Accounting departments, Human Resources, Indirect Purchasing, Marketing and Logistics.

Bosch's Human Resources Office for Europe (HRS-EU) is located in Lisbon, Portugal. It is the first international HR service at Bosch and provides administrative support in this area.

  • Lead the portuguese team and it's stakeholders;
  • First point of contact and customer relationship manager (CRM);
  • Act as process expert driving process scoping and mapping followed time and effort analysis with the aim of resource optimization;
  • Proactively drive continuous process improvements, operational efficiencies, implements corrective measures after aligning with impacted stakeholders;
  • Manage expectations of the different services and stakeholders while ensuring business continuity;
  • Set team targets in alignment with department and division strategy/ targets, manage resource allocation, recruitments for the team, escalations and quality topics;
  • Consult and aid the customers/stakeholders with process and policy expertise;
  • Involvement with department projects mostly as project leads or at least as project team members;
  • Be a part of the department leadership for location/ department related common issues and for defining strategic way forward;
  • Identify and drive measures to obtain cost efficiencies within respective scope of control.

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR/Management/Economics or related field is preferred;
  • English and Portuguese knowledge on a C1 level;
  • Team leading and/or 3 to 5 years of back-office operations expertise in HR shared services industry or core HR functions is mandatory;
  • HR and/or shared services project conceptualization and deployment experience is a plus;
  • Technological knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office is mandatory;
  • Good problem solving, accountability and communication.
