Responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions within a team to the satisfaction of both the customer and the Fashion company.
Job Duties
- Respond to multiple levels of customers’ requests. Provide resolution and follow through with customer requests based on standardized procedures
- Resolve customer problems and questions, i.E., product specifications, status of orders...
- Process status, change and cancellation requests from customers.
- Process requests for repairs, quality inspections, returns amongst others
Who we are looking for :

Fluency in Swedish and a B2 in English :

Previous experience

Work permit in Portugal

Working hours : Monday to Friday between 7: 30 am and 6 pm (rotative) and Saturday between 8 am and 3 pm (2 Saturdays a month usually)
What we offer :
- Base salary: 1450 euros gross monthly + Productivity bonus up to: €200
