Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia’s central knowledge center responsible for Nokia’s cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents.

We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations.

Together we take care of Nokia’s security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.

Nokia’s Chief Security Office and Head of Nokia Global Security organization is looking for a Team Assistant to support with administrative responsibilities.

What you will learn and contribute to As part of our team, you will be the Team Assistant supporting the Head of Group Security and his organization with:

  • Overall Time Management and Coordination including the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Calendar Planning for meetings including both External and Internal stakeholders
  • Travel - Planning complete travel itinerates, Approvals, bookings, executing and monitoring, managing VISA requirements, expense management, etc. Providing proactive back up options for last minute changes if needed.
  • Coordination of Leadership Team meetings both administrative and logístical tasks
  • Group Security corporate communications
  • Key contact between both External and Internal requests towards the Head of Group Security and the Leadership team
  • Planning and Coordinating business meetings, Workshops and Events globally as required by the Head of Group Security and his Leadership Team.
  • Organize and Maintain the Group Security web pages and SharePoint(s)
  • Ensure correct compliance to Nokia’s procedure and other regulations is in place for any hosting of hospitality Events.
  • IT support co-ordination
  • Administrative Support for the local team in Portugal
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when needed.

Your skills and experience You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in similar role for a multinational company
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to adapt to change
  • Strong deadline and delivery orientation
  • Oral and written fluency in English is a must

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Proficiency in web page design (including MS SharePoint)
