As part of an international commercial clarification team, your primary responsibility includes the offer and order clarification for generators and steam turbine purchased parts. Major objective is to obtain spare parts costs from Procurement and Sub-Suppliers to calculate the World Customer Price and finalize the commercial clarification process to serve our internal and external customer.

With the usage of the existing Siemens Energy Data bases and with respect to your commercial and technical knowledge, you’re supporting Sales and Project Management with clarified spare parts offers and orders towards customer needs. In this context of commercial clarification, you will play a decisive role in shaping future Siemens Energy offer and order business.

How You will Make an Impact

  • As a commercial clarifier for purchasing parts, you will be responsible for
  • Spare parts costs and lead times requests & tracking to Procurement / Sub-Suppliers
  • World Customer Price calculation based on spare parts costs
  • Interface Management of Sales, Project Management and Procurement / Sub-Suppliers
  • You will clarify offers and orders commercially while collaborating with all stakeholders.
  • You will track & trace the quality progress through a joined established process and expedite when necessary.
  • You will be the point of contact for all spare parts offers and orders, while monitoring the initiative demands, time schedule and proactively ensure the teams information flow.
  • You will contribute and drive internal continuous improvement processes.

**What You Bring***

  • You have graduated from university, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, mechanical engineering
  • You want to start your career path in a leading international energy company.
  • You want to participate in building up a new Data & Clarification Management Hub in Romania.
  • You speak English on advanced level. German is a plus.
  • You are interested in costing & pricing strategies for multiple regions while being the interface between Sales / Project Management and Procurement / Sub-Suppliers in an environment of large assets to serve the global Energy Service business.
  • You are a very good communicator along with problem solving and proactive skills.
  • You are a team-player, but you also work independently.
  • You are highly motivated to work in an international matrix organization and to collaborate cross-functional.
  • Terms like empowerment and self-driven-agile teams is nothing new for you.

About the Team

The Organization Clarification & Logistics is responsible for technical, commercial, and auxiliary parts clarification, as well as Catalog and Configuration management to ensure the data quality and completeness of spare parts information.

You are working within a motivated and experienced global team that takes responsibility for the Unit data and is always willing to improve the data to serve the business constantly.

Our team is responsible for the coordination and update of UCS (Unit Configuration Structures) globally. We also provide input for catalog creation, improve the data quality in UCS on demand and drive/support digitalization projects, because the missing data leads to high clarification/update effort within our company. We focus on improving the data quality for Steamturbines, Generators and Gasturbines and drive process simplification between the different regions.
