As a Senior Customer Service Consultant, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience everyday, by understanding your customer's needs and providing the best solution. Summary of your day to day:

  • Resolve technical customer service queries for customers of our Sage XRT product, ensuring effective communication responding to their tickets.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot tickets, collaborating with the L3 Technical Support team where required.
  • Manage and organise own workload to ensure that problems are solved in line with client expectations.
  • Understand market requirements to establish, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Promote and encourage customers to share feedback that enables us to continuously improve our services, products and processes.

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced customer support agent, with knowledge of IT and troubleshooting customer issues via ticketing systems.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English speaker (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge & experience working with banking customers is advantageous.
