Elevus is a specialized recruiting company and is currently looking for a french back office agent for a French final client with a great reputation in the labor market.
Location: Lisbon
Task:
- To carry out file processing;
- Extract information from client tools;
- Pre-process information and make corrections if necessary;
- Filing and archiving of customer files.
Prerequisites:
- A total mastery of the French language, written and spoken (mandatory).
- Experience in back-office file management is a plus;
- A good level of pack office;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Conditions:
- Monday - Friday 08h - 17H;
- 50% telecommuting 50% in the office;
- Contract for an indefinite period of time with a trial period of 90 days;
- Private health insurance.
