Engineering Manager (m/f)

Kelly Tech is looking to recruit a Embedded Systems directed Engineering Manager keen to help our client achieve its mission and objectives.You will plan and operate the product development in line with the delivery plan which is developed together with Engineering teams and the Marketing, Sales and Account Management strategy.Main Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the Management, Marketing & Sales, and the Key Accounts teams;Collaborate directly with the product management team, to clearly understand the product roadmap and the value to be delivered, being able to translate this value into the Engineering Quarters programs and respective Sprints plannings;Collaborate directly with the Engineering teams to define the Quarterly Programs and coordinate each Sprint activities;Collaborate with Product managers and KAMs to prepare the Quarterly Demos;Manage Engineering teams journeys;Manage each element of the team, including the individual performance, the individual growth, the training programs, the interaction with the team and with other teams;Report to Management the Product outcomes released in the previous Quarter, and the detailed product development plans for the next quarter;Report to Management, the team's performance and achievements, with a detailed improvement plan. Key qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product teams management, in particular engineering teams management;Experience in embedded systems environments;Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Management: Computer Science Engineer or related engineering background (Electrical, Automation, Telecommunications Engineer; or graduate studies in the Energy field);Fluent in English (mandatory);Experience within the Energy sector, preferably in a DSO, or in an OEM working with DSOs (nice to have).
