Dutch Customer Service Representative - Porto

This might be the job for you!Adecco is looking for people that can join a team of skilled Dutch Customer Service representatives in Porto, providing customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in Telcom.                                                                           Activities:                                                                                                      Customer support by phone/email in order to solve questions and doubts;Answering the phone in order to clarify all customer doubts/questions/requests;Handling and registering complaints both by phone and in writing, good argumentative power. Requirements Experience in contact center (preferable);Experience in administrative areas (preferable);Ability to make decisions and solve problems;Ability to manage stress and resilience;Basic notions of computers.Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B1) Offer Rotating schedules 8h/day: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00 Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00 (part-time is also an option)Base Salary + Multiple Bonuses + Meal AllowanceHybrid working system (at least once a week at the office) On-site paid training for 10 days Direct contract with the client
