Role purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly review LRQA data held in Salesforce, cleanse old or conflicting data from the system. Ensure data is entered consistently and coach individual users where required to ensure consistent usage
  • Agree, develop, and maintain all reports and dashboards to support the effective management of Sales and Marketing performance including measures and dashboard specific to Sales and Marketing activities
  • Support implementation of developments affecting LRQA constructs to ensure efficient and effective use of Sales Force system in areas including data entry
  • Manage and support the accurate creation and issuing of bespoke quotations and contracts reflecting client needs, clarifying data to support new and renewed contracts in line with Management Systems' agreed contractual conditions and processes
  • Support preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations in line with internal procedures, using and aligning to available resources, pricing and expense policies, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards
  • Manage client relationships and act as the interface between all levels both internally and externally by being the main point of contact fully understanding their needs and market behaviour
  • Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal and externa l clients including resolution of service problems related to contracts.
  • Provide information and administrative support to all aspects of the Sales teams to assist with the efficient and effective coordination of Sales Forecast inputs across all departments in line with agreed timelines, policies and processes
  • Provide regular reports and KPl's on Sales and Management Systems performance data and customer feedback for use at management level to assist in initiation of appropriate actions
  • Organize and attend events including seminars, conferences, and exhibitions in line with product and sectors campaigns within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Always assess the risks and work in a safe manner, robustly implementing health and safety rules, instructions and systems and refuse to undertake work that compromises your safety or health.
  • Report in a timely manner all incidents including near miss and safety observations (NMSO), accidents and injuries and raise any health and safety concerns with your line manager

Technical/Professional Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification is preferred with experience within a sales environment
  • Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
  • Understand the concept of Management systems and how they are applied in organisations. Understand link to certification and verification
  • Experienced in supporting the delivery of sales targets and strategies, building, and maintaining commercial and client relationships
  • Knowledge of standard IT programmes and use of databases (including Salesforce) are essential with experience of systems used and applied within LR I LRQA with relevance to sales
  • Experienced in implementing sales procedures in line with local and global timescales, budgets, and procedures
  • Experience in providing information, reports, recommendations, support, and advice to all levels of management
  • An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence, and persuade at all levels
