- Support the Web & Cloud architect on monitoring projects and demands;
- Support web technical team providing clear requirements to be developed;
- Support business users, capturing the needed requirements;
- Participate in business development efforts and strategy engagements;
- Manage the project teams and budgets and resolving challenges;
- Manage communication with the IT product owners within the organization;
- Management of POs and SOWs;
- Monitoring SLAs agreements;
- Follow up of web deliveries and communication to Web & Cloud architect;
- Interact with external agencies tracking their performance and ensuring a reliable delivery;
- Handle support requests from different Business Units;
- IVANTI ticketing system and provide support for end users related to websites.
What you'll bring to the table :
- 8+ years’ experience in project management;
- 2-3 years’ experience in web service delivery projects;
- Detailed understanding omnichannel strategy, experience implementing large scale global web projects dealing with vendors;
- Familiarity with other digital marketing technologies such as social media, search, web analytics, ecommerce, and behavioral targeting;
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to our clients;
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies;
- English fluent and preferably one further European language;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent client relationship skills, ability to develop relationships with senior client executives based on credibility in the digital marketing area. Must be able to effectively manage client expectations;
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple client projects at the same time.
