We are looking for a P&C Business Partner Lead to partner with our Enabling Functions leadership teams on strategic organizational plans anticipating organizational capability needs, ensuring sustainable talent pipeline, embedding the desired culture and reinforcing the right ways to maximize business results Your ‘day to day’: - Understand Enabling Functions opportunities and act as a business leader to define strategic priorities aligned to the broader P&C strategy. - Lead change initiatives, optimization of operating models and evolution of culture within the Enabling Functions. - Ensure that the category/function is staffed to deliver business targets. - Up-to-date with functional/market employee data to be a trusted advisor to the respective leadership team and enable informed decision making - Ensure the health of the Enabling Functions by sustaining a well-developed, diverse pipeline of talent is in place delivering a strong succession for critical positions. - Build a performance culture with business leaders rewarding achievement of challenging targets and addressing poor performance. - Create an environment of learning and development which enables employees build critical business capabilities and supports their lifetime employability - Support leaders in addressing all people-related business challenges and opportunities - Represent P&C team and facilitate the P&C offering for the business - Lead a selected P&C domain for the Enabling Functions in Portugal Who we’re looking for: - Highly experienced HR Business Partner in matrixed organization, ideally in a mature Global Business Services environment - Track record of delivering complex assignments relating to performance improvement and change - Ideally good knowledge of Portuguese - Leadership and Change management experience - Ability to influence a range of collaborators and empower people - Data Driven decision making - Ability to coach and develop senior leaders - Employee Centric mindset - Fluent English Proficiency - EU Work permit What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
