Customer characterization : Our client is a reference brand in the Contact Centers and BPO sector, and is looking for a CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT IN NORWEGIAN (M/F) to reinforce its team in the Lisbon region.
Description of functions :
- Norwegian market customer support;
Requirements :
- Fluency in the Norwegian language;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Experience in customer service and support;
- Residence in mainland Portugal;
- Availability to work rotating hours from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, with a fixed day off on Sunday and another rotating day off.
Offer :
- Employment contract directly with the client;
- Salary compatible with the function;
- Initial and continuous training.
