Your Mission : Execute HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle (hiring, employment status changes, terminations, etc.) and provide front line service to employees in regards to HR operational transactions, according to the HR policies & procedures and within the legal framework, in order to ensure compliance with employment regulations, consistent, efficient, and timely implementation of HR processes, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Execute HR administration activities (hiring, terminations, contract renewals, etc), within the legal framework, employment regime and company’s policies, preparing the appropriate documentation and ensuring that the correct procedure is followed.
  • Update personnel records (employee’s data, job history, documentation, working schedules, transfers, leave and absence records, salary details, etc.).
  • Provide support to the temporary employment agency to ensure that the information is correctly registered in HRIS and that internal procedures are properly followed.
  • Executes activities related with personnel management, including work accidents participations, labor medicine control in cooperation with Safety & Workplace Team.
  • Comply with HEINEKEN and local HR policies and procedures.
  • Guarantee that correct, timely and complete HR information and documentation is available.
  • Guarantee the maintenance and efficient promotion and utilization of employee’s and manager’s self-service.

We want you to bring :

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration.
  • Customer-driven.
  • Organization, attention to detail and accountability.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills.
  • Portuguese (fluent).
  • English (is a plus).
