Who will you report to :Talent Acquisition Manager

Location : Vialonga, Portugal

Your responsibilities :

• Understands and translates business context and how Talent Acquisition contributes to the company’s performance;
• Builds relationships of trust and creates communication channels with and between different functions;
• Collects and analyzes internal and external trends;
• Develop all recruitment activities;
• Uses the recruitment standards to conduct the recruitment process, influencing clients to contribute to structured and consistent approach across the business and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal requirements;
• Support suppliers, using the appropriate channel to the right position while taking care of process, experience and budget;
• Produces reporting on Key Performance indicators, evaluating, analyzing and interpreting data;

We want you to bring :

• University degree in Human Resource Management, Social and Organizational Psychology
• Experience of 2 years in similar functions (end-to-end recruitment cycle)
• Experience of recruiting roles across a wide variety of functions
• Experience of developing and implementing assessment and selection tools
• Excellent communication skills;
• Portuguese (Fluent);
• Good English Skills (Fluent)
