What's in it for youThe Digital Analytics Manager will support the Digital Analytics area and generate insights by supporting fact-based decision-making using business data. This needs a broad vision and knowledge about the digital world (web and apps), privacy and data, conversion, and navigation funnel, implementing and managing data flows with a view to provide KPIs, metrics, trends and digital dashboards using a variety of technologies and analytical techniques. Working with the operational teams to target areas of opportunity or improvement and maximize business value through combining web-based analytics and data warehousing to enable profound insights. The role may require configuring data collection tools, integrating external tools, importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, or modelling of data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes.What you’ll doDevelop and deploy standard reports on squad KPIs and key operating metrics to enable continuous monitoring and improvement;Develop smart and insightful dashboards and reports, tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion using Qlik, PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint;Configure tag manager, analytics collector and other tools to maximize integration and data collectionMonitorize data quality and processesPrepare A/B tests and personalizations to improve customer journeysWho you areAcademic Background in Math, Engineering, Management or EconomyAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role, and familiar with Data and ETL processes, Data Analytics, and campaign optimizationFamiliar with programming skills, namely Javascript, Web Scripting and Integration, SQL and Python, and overall Excel and DatabasesAutonomous and organized personFluent/High proficiency in English and PortugueseWho we areWe pursue equality of opportunity and inclusion for all candidates through our employment policies and practices.
