Position Description: CGI is looking for a Senior Technician Production Support to join our team. Your future duties and responsibilities: •We are recruiting 1 Application Production Support for the Collateral Support team (1 functional application support level 1 and 2);•The GM IT APS PnL and Referential support team provides application support and maintenance of Tier 1 applications on a 24/7 basis from Europe, India and the US.Main Tasks:•Provide functional support for the applications;•Execution of requests from business, development and other support teams;•Prioritize, track and resolve incidents/requests using the Service Now application;•Analyze change requirements, test changes and coordinate releases;•Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date;•Batch Monitoring and troubleshooting;•Site Handover/follow the Sun;•Ad-Hoc Reporting;•Application Queries;•Automatic reporting;•User Access issues;•Mailbox Management;•Monitoring \ Health checks;•Static data changes;•User training;•Alerting based incidents / setup;•System Health checks;•Dashboard maintenance. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Technical Skills: •Application support experience;•SQL Server /Oracle and Sybase;•ServiceNow/ticketing tools;•GENEOS/monitoring tools;•Understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows Server.Soft Skills:•Ability to manage priorities, incidents and problems;•Good communication skills and teamworking;•Knowledge sharing;•Problem solving;•Time management.Language Skills:•English (Expert) Skills: LinuxOracleServiceNowSQL ServerUnixWindows Server Update WSUS
