How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Oversee a project, ensuring scope is delivered within agreed budget, time, and quality. You lead, support, and coordinate the project team through planning, execution, delivery and closing phases. Support and drive the team to build an initial and ongoing planning for budget, scope, quality, and schedule, allowing the project to progress in an organized and coordinated manner. Ensure that the flow of activities runs smoothly, and work is performed according to plans. Measure project performances, allowing tracking, evaluating, and reporting information. Regularly assess the environment of the projects, to identify risks and opportunities. Then collaborate with the project teams to plan for adequate measures. Create and maintain stakeholder relationship, a collaborative environment, and an effective communication. Address risks and opportunities during the project Ensure quality, completeness and proper hand-over of the deliverables, for releases and project closure. Develop sustainable and objectives-driven project teams. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US? Proven experience of leading cross functional large-scale IT initiatives using predictive and adaptive methodologies (Project management certification is a plus) Background in IT infrastructure, with a good knowledge in some of the following: connectivity; AWS cloud, GCP cloud, IAM, security, hosting, connectivity, virtualization, Microsoft , zero trust, backups and storage. Passion for logical problem solving and intellectual challenges. Strong leadership allowing to federate teams and drive them toward common objectives. Consider the change as valuable, welcome and embrace it. Ability to see the bigger picture whilst not missing the details. Ability to use both written and verbal communication skills to create clear, concise, and organized communications, adapted for different audiences. Experience in Business analysis is a plus. Experience in change management is a plus.
