As a Customer Support you will :
- Walk users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience
- Provide patient guidance to users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc.
- Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way.
- Assist users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance) : 1283€ gross x 12 months or 1100€ gross x 14 months - basic salary, *up to 120€* gross performance bonus, 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card + Offer comes with signing bonus: 2000€ gross** (extra 500€ paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)!
