We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.   THE ROLE As a Fleet Strategy Trainee you will be part of the Fleet Strategy Team and work closely with the Director of the department. You will be responsible to ensure that all fleet requirements are met to ultimately infleet our vehicles on-time and with best terms and conditions to increase our customer satisfaction (you ensure that our vehicles can be operated as per planned timeline and within budget). This includes to secure fleet financing, plan and execute vehicle registration, procure vehicle equipment (e.g. GPS devices) and support negotiations with our OEMs. To achieve this, you build mechanisms to control and monitor such efforts and focus on working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to establish long-term relationships.   WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Own vehicle infleet planning, execution, monitoring and controlling including vehicle registration and importing thereby working cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Finance and Legal in Europe and/or North America Own procurement of vehicle equipment with various suppliers across Europe and/or North America and coordination with Fleet Operations (eg, GPS devices or tents) Support negotiations for fleet procurement and financing to achieve best terms and conditions and work with financing partners and vehicle manufacturers to establish long-term relationships  Support Fleet Strategy team to build relationships with local OEMs, financing and equipment suppliers and take over key account management for some of them Drive process improvements by analysing and preparing relevant data and information so that processes are improved and monitored constantly with highest standards  Research, monitor, control and execute regulatory and fleet tax responsibilities on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance        WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Enrolled or recently finished degree in Business Management, Finance or Operations (strategic); Strong hands-on mentality and bias for action to execute on-time; Comfortable in interacting with both, internal and external stakeholders;  Analytical skills with affinity towards conducting detailed investigation and ability to coordinate workload; Driven by outperforming yourself while being comfortable with change, being resourceful, and constantly curious to learn; Natural commercial mindset, with exceptional great communication, emotional intelligence and sales skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides (Mandatory); Self-starter with great desire to learn/develop and ability to take on tasks independently while being a great team-player; Fluent in English (both written and verbal), German is a strong plus.   THE INDIE COMMITMENT!
