Senior QA Engineer

Tasks Collaborate with software development teams to understand testing requirements and identify opportunities for automation, aligning with DevOps principles. Design, develop, and implement automated test cases using appropriate automation testing tools and frameworks, integrating seamlessly into the DevOps pipeline. Create and maintain robust automation scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify failures, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement, facilitating rapid feedback loops as part of the DevOps cycle. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality software within deadlines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in defining and implementing best practices for software testing and automation processes, contributing to the DevOps culture of efficiency and quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in software test automation, preferably in agile environments, demonstrating adherence to DevOps principles. Deep knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, essential for developing robust automation scripts. Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc., enabling efficient and effective test automation. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and address software defects and performance issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team, essential for seamless integration into the DevOps workflow.
