Seeking a collaborative, self-driven Salesforce.com Administrator to assist in the ongoing product roadmap, development, and support of Malwarebytes Sales infrastructure, supporting CRM applications, and quote to cash solution. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce.com implementations, Salesforce CPQ implementation and use as well as ongoing maintenance and support. To be successful in this role, a good understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, with the ability to support custom apps and objects, flows and data manipulation is necessary. Having developer experience is a plus. We are seeking someone focused on improving the end-user experience and accustomed to working closely with Sales Operations. A highly motivated, hands-on individual who enjoys the challenge of solving the needs of a rapidly evolving business.What You’ll Do: Handle all the administrator functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, flows, workflows, process builders, release prep and deployments, and other routine tasksMaintain software development life cycle and version control using the Flosum release managerTroubleshoot production issues and provide solutions Have a good understanding of the Salesforce Quote-To-Cash system and be able to administer, recommend, and develop solutions on Sales Cloud.Complete regular internal system audits and system governance protocolsParticipate in project planning sessions with ‘project teams` to analyze business and technology requirements and outline the proposed technology solutionManage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycleShare best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teamsProactively communicate innovative Salesforce.com capabilities to the internal team for continuous improvement Skills You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceSFDC Certified System Admin (Admin 201) or 5+ years in SFDC, Salesforce.com, SalesforceAdministrationCPQ Certification is a plusExperience building advanced validations, rules, flows, reports, and dashboardsExperience using DemandTools, or Salesforce Inspector for data manipulationExperience using Flosum Release Manager or a similar CI/CD toolExperience working in an Agile software development environmentProficient level experience with Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skillsFlexible/adaptable work approach and can go with the flow/changes of a dynamic organization with a mature Salesforce org.Last but not least, having a positive, can-do attitudeBenefits and Perks: An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world! A great work environment that supports growth, development, and most importantly having fun! Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Meal allowance Employee Referral Bonus Program Wellness programs
