Siemens is operating a global instance for Workday HCM in more than 37 countries and aims to roll out Workday world wide based on global processes. We are building up an Expert team to support the Operations team in different Workstreams
In general, we expect you to have :
- 4+ Years General knowledge across all Workday functional areas
- 3+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday Security, ideally for various companies/clients
- Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service
- Workday Trainings / certifications in focus area
Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the Security Operations Team for Workday will comprise :
- Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches
- Identify and design improvements within the existing Security Concept / Configuration
- Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team (e.g. to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data)
- Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify beneficial Security related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management
- Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owners on security solution approaches across all HCM modules (e.g. compensation, talent, absence) incl. solution design
- Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries
- Guide Operations Team along operational tasks like Incident and Service Request Management
- Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework
SPECIFIC SKILLS :
- Experience in analyzing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring system compliance
- Experience supporting or implementing Workday security concepts and security configurations
- Excellent Knowledge in access groups and access concepts, security roles, security groups and security concepts, security configurations in Workday
- Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday
- Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)
