Your mission will be… Receive and process customer requests(emails and Calls) for service or delivery, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details, such as addresses, contact information, and special instructions. Assign and dispatch resources. Communicate instructions to dispatched resources. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise. Generate reports and improve dispatching processes. Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, such as safety guidelines, traffic regulations, and service level agreements. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and workflows, proposing innovative solutions or system enhancements. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations. We are looking for someone with… High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash is a plus.Fluency in French & Dutch (speaking and writing).Proven experience in a dispatching or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations or emergency scenarios. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
