Your primary responsibility will be to proactively drive planning and execution to ensure alignment with the roadmap, financial targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Primary Responsibilities:Ownership of all operational tasks on bose.xx (including Outlet)/ACC and EPP.Optimization of sales, product launches, and promotions for bose.xx and ACC/EPP.Ensure timely updates to the site for all operational tasks.Ensure quality merchandising end-to-end across bose.xx.Ensure global alignment and quality assurance within the OPS Chapter.Develop and document business requirements for bose.xx/ACC and EPP capabilities and ensure their fulfillment.Collaborate with squads and non-DTC functions to ensure Bose.xx/ACC/EPP supports their growth objectives and tailor merchandising accordingly.Maintain and optimize cross-selling configurations on our websites.Assist in the supervision of site operations, maintenance, and development.Update prices on the GD Platform in collaboration with Operations/Customer Support.Ongoing lifecycle management of products, accessories, and spare parts in close collaboration with Sales Operations.Analyze site marketing activity, promotions, and competitive trends regularly.Assist in creating performance reports providing insights into eCommerce/site performance.Maintain calendar, tasks, updates, and shared departmental documents.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:Previous experience as an ecommerce merchandising specialist is essential.Knowledge of ecommerce and web analytics tools.Experience with SAP/CRM tools.Experience with marketplaces is highly desirable.Proficiency in Shopify, Hybris, and Salesforce platforms is preferred.Demonstrated independence and accountability in managing ecommerce operations.Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.Experience working within Agile structured teams.Attention to detail.Understanding of process development, with the job description in mindFluent in written and spoken English.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Are you interested in this position?
