What you will do : As a Program Manager you will lead Retailers through their RFID journey. Being a key member of the EMEA Professional Services team you will lead and contribute to the successful delivery of RFID programs at Retail encompassing both pre-sales and project delivery responsibilities.

Your consultative approach and expertise in pre-sales, requisite collection and RFID solutions will be key in working closely with executive Retailers stakeholders on overall solution definition and delivery for both pilot and rollout programs. As a Program Manager, you will lead the overall solution delivery programs by driving key programmatic activities such as scope definition, requirements elicitation, technical solution design, business solution definition, use case definition, ROI assessment, KPI definition and ROI measurement, and training strategy, as well as participate in key pre-sales activities, establishing best practices, supporting collaterals, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the team.

This role involves significant travels in the EMEA region, for both internal and customer-facing activities.

How you will do it :

  • Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of an IT project under responsibility of the Professional Services team.

  • Lead customers through their Inventory Intelligence (RFID) solutions journey, providing advice and recommendations, based on expertise and experience, addressing client needs.

  • Consult with customers on their business solution during the sales process, helping the customer understand the business value of Sensormatic Inventory Intelligence (RFID) solutions.

  • Play a key role during pre-sales phase of opportunities, working in collaboration with other team members to formulate responses to RFIs and RFPs, and present Sensormatic solutions materials to IT and business stakeholders of the customers.

  • On the project delivery activity, develop and maintain project scope, project plans, project schedules, resource plans, status, issues, actions, and risks for key programs.

  • Ensure and guarantee the proposed milestones and deadlines are achieved by:

  • Identifying needs for project preparation;

  • Guaranteeing the flow of information and transfer / communication of knowledge between the projects participants;

  • Delivering project reports and ensure that projects KPI are reached;

  • Proactively managing customer relationships.

  • Ownership of communication to internal and external stakeholders for project updates.

  • Risk management throughout the project phases, including mitigation plans and escalations.

  • Drive accountability for project schedules, invested Level of Effort (LoE) against planned and project budget.

  • Work closely with upper management, sales, and account management teams to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

  • Guarantee a consolidated and curated feedback to Product Management, Development and Professional Services to establish a working knowledge of improved and new features to improve customer service.

What we are looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field from an accredited 3-year college or university. (Master’s degree is preferred.)
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in IT Project Management, encompassing the delivery of software and hardware solutions, preferably in the retail space. Experience in asset protection/ loss prevention and/or store operations experience is ideal.
  • Excellent leadership, time management and budgeting skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and know-how on both waterfall and agile methodologies, and correspondent Project Management Tools.
