At Winning Consulting we are looking for a Snowflake Analyst Engineer, to join the project of an important multinational company in the technology sector in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data analytics infrastructure, with a focus on leveraging Snowflake and dbt to drive actionable insights from our data. Responsibilities: Design and implement data models and ETL processes in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs. Develop and maintain dbt models, transformations, and documentation to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize query performance and data pipeline efficiency to support scalable and high-performance analytics. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring the integrity of our data assets. Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms. Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool) and strong understanding of data modeling concepts. Experience with Python or another scripting language for data manipulation and automation. You have experience in version control tools like GitLab or GitHub Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
