We are opening a NEW VICTORIA'S SECRET STORE in Norte Shopping (Porto)!

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with a real passion for fashion and who loves interacting with our customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. This person will be the customer experience manager and provides leadership that optimizes sales results with specific ownership for the customer experience on the sales floor. Drives results by developing and executing short term action plans and long term strategies. The Assistant Store Manager leads brand initiatives to create an excellent sales associate and customer experience, while meeting and exceeding company productivity standards and managing controllables.

• Demonstrate excellent customer sales lead behaviors.
• To take care of every detail of your shop, your product and your relationship with the customer to make every moment unique and memorable.
• To Attract, recruit and hire a highly qualified team, supporting the Store Manager.
• Carry out and respect every day all the guidelines and strategies established to achieve the company's objectives.
• Communicate and spread the values and culture of Victoria's Secret, raising awareness of the brand and building customer loyalty
• Partners with store manager to establish clear performance goals and objectives
• Management of all operational tasks for the good running of the shop (Visual Merchandising, Delivery, warehouse and stock control, checkout area control, etc...).
• Requirements of the rol:_
• Previous management experience
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, effectively follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
• High level of English
• Flexibility to work in rotational timetable, including evenings and weekends
