Salesforce Business Analyst We are looking for motivated analyst's with experience in Salesforce to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for: Design, operate and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business Provide coaching in standard processes for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience. Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes. Manage multiple partner engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements. YOUR PROFILE Advanced Level (2+ years experience in the role). Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact (spoken and written) with stakeholders (business and implementation teams). Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution. Able to perform the activities in an Agile-like approach. Fluent in at least the Portuguese and English languages (spoken and written). Experienced in the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (+ Community Cloud preferable) .
