Job DescriptionAs Data Engineer - RFID you will work in a global and multidisciplinary team, that works on the latest technologies and creates value-added solutionsYour main responsibilities will be:Development and operation of a modern Data WareHouse and Key/Value Store based API Application;Integration of article and manufacturing data supply for the API application;Development and operation of data access points for internal customers on AWS and Azure;Implementation/Tuning for reporting and dashboard applications;Collaboration with IT Colleagues and internal customers;Project Management in the relevant area;Implementing the right architecture, data structure, business logic, ETL routines, rule sets and interfaces;Providing corrective and preventative maintenance, including monitoring of system performance and integrity for SST;Coordinating support, ITSM process and data quality.QualificationsAcademic degree in Computer Science or related field;Experience with software development cycles, Agile development methodologies and customer-oriented solutions;Practical relevant work experience and good knowledge of OOP programming language (preferably Java and Spring ) for SW implementations, SQL, software architectures, and databases;First experience with data extraction and data modeling;First experience with REST APIs;Basic knowledge with docker containers (is a plus);General knowledge of security standards and encryption;General knowledge on Cloud environments: Azure & AWS, in addition to Kubernetes & Docker;Analytical and strategic way of thinking, self-­organized and structured working style;Strong customer and service orientation, very good communication skills;Team­ orientation and intercultural empathy;Ability to promote ideas in complex and heterogeneous environments;Proficient English language skills (written and spoken).Additional InformationOur offer:Integration in a dynamic international work environment and team;A state-of-the-art tech stack;Hybrid working model (on-site / remote);Agile and collaborative workstyle;Continuous professional training and excellent possibilities of personal and professional development.
