Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Business Consulting team for a Professional Internship with a focus on Digital Transformation, Business Agility and Business Processes & Automation areas. Expected duration 9-12 months, full time, and hybrid work.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and launch your career in the field of Technology Consulting.As an Intern, you will be involved in the following activities:Participation in projects for clients in the mapping and documentation of business processes and ideation of new ways to bring efficiency to them;Collaborate and gaining exposure to a variety of industries and challenges;Conduct research, analysis, and presentations to support project deliverables;Participation in the creation of new approaches to solve business problems in different business sectors;Engage in mentorship opportunities and receive guidance from seasoned professionals in the field;Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and accelerate your professional development.QualificationsMaster's degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields;Passion for technology area;Proficiency in Google Workspace, in particular Google Sheets and Google Slides, or the equivalent within the Microsoft Office suite;Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English;Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment;Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information;Proactive attitude, adaptability, and availability for continuous learning;Demonstrated responsibility, resilience, and a global mindset.Additional InformationHow to Apply: Ready to take the next step in your career with us?
