Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with minimum of 3 years of experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement related app (such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service); Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, being able to interact (spoken and written) with stakeholders (business and implementation teams). Experience with functional designs with a view on the technical solution. Able to perform the activities in an Agile-like approach. Fluent in at least the Portuguese and English languages (spoken and written). Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification is a plus; What are we offering?
