The role contributes to ensure proper accounting, reconciliation and reporting for assigned entity(ies).Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned accounting and reporting activities in line with defined processes, standard operating procedures and work instructions, update process documentations as requiredRespond to finance queries raised by employees, managers, finance partners & other internal and external stakeholdersEscalate issues and concerns to Country Accountant or RTR Team LeadSupport migration projects (work shadowing, work instructions creation)Act as a team player, build good relationship with stakeholdersSupport cross process and cross function cooperation required to achieve overall goals for GBSSecure compliance according to internal procedures and legislationSecure deadlines and assignments are executed according to SLAAct proactively in identification of improvement areas and supports their implementationProfessional CompetenciesMaster’s degree in Finance/AccountingMinimum 2+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceKnowledge of Technology: MS Office, SAP is an advantageLanguages: English (fluent), other is an advantagePersonal CompetenciesStrong communication skillsTaking ownership of assigned responsibilities, including self-study/research needed to execute the sameBeing able to work to tight deadlines and with switching prioritiesProactive and creative in terms of improving ways of workingTeam playerWhat we are offeringChance to move your career within the company that is the leader in delivering the pioneering trusted medical solution for the patientsHybrid work model(1 day per week from the office in Lisbon)Modern office space in the Lisbon citycenterAttractive compensation package with incentive plan and benefitsGreat atmosphere across the teamOur progress will give you countless opportunities to move forwardtoo.
