Incentives Specialist

The Mission

The incentives Team is looking to reinforce its team to obtain funds at an Iberian, European and Brazilian level with a view to improving the business model through the development of innovative, scientific, and technological projects at Galp.

What you’ll do :

  • Collaborate with consultants in identifying opportunities in funding programmes that are strategic interest to Galp
  • Follow-up on developments resulting from Applications.
  • Capacity of organisation, priority management and planning.
  • Managing the financial dimension of projects including budget, funding, financial reporting, schedules, risks, and contractual deadlines
  • Ensure the financial monitoring of the implementation of a project

What you’ll need :

  • Master's Degree in Management or Economics
  • Minimum 2 up to 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of Incentives and Tax Programs/Initiatives at PT and EC level;
  • Experience in RD&I projects
  • Ease of communication and interpersonal relationship.
  • Mindset for solution, innovation, and discussion of ideas.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English, both verbally and written
  • Good writing skills
  • Structured and analytical thinker, with excellent attention to detail
  • Team player, resilient and with strong business and personal ethics
  • Networking capacity and conflict management
  • Proactive, motivated, curious, open minded
  • Knowledge in Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
