Technical Product Owner - Team CRM Tech

We're looking for a motivated and driven Technical Product Owner to join our CRM Tech Team. With all the different tech and business roles and disciplines that we have within marketing, we all aim to “fill our buses & trains” with new + existing customers that ultimately turn into brand ambassadors. We not only support constant global market growth with our marketing activities and gain new customers, but also take actions to increase repetition and prevent churn – which are the main goals of the CRM team you will be joining. Having our own tech teams within the marketing domain helps us scaling and automating these activities, since we always aim for cutting edge technologies and a high level of innovation. By joining you will be a crucial part of it, supporting us in building tailored marketing technologies while constantly challenging the status quo of our marketing tech products, especially in the field of CRM, to further drive success. Your Tasks – Paint the world green You own the CRM tech + infrastructure products, ensuring monitoring and technical excellence Together with the business owner and team you define a clear vision + strategy for CRM Tech and ensure the team follows it in every aspect of their work You build quarterly Roadmaps by following our structured process for epic discovery to ensure business impact, scope, effort and success metrics are defined clearly before starting the implementation You are in charge of transforming Roadmap epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, manage your team's capacity and enable the team to work autonomously while achieving its milestones You own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities Your Profile – Ready to hop on board Profound experience leading a Tech/Engineering team or as Product Owner ideally with CRM/marketing products Hands-on experience in Software Development, Data Engineering or Solutions Architecture Devoted to deliver high quality products, with well-defined SLAs and monitoring in place Strong analytical thinking, ability to estimate the financial and the strategic value of an epic and to prioritize well when resources are limited, and the scope is broad Experience dealing with commercial/business stakeholders Comfortable learning different technical concepts Knowledge of AWS as well as ML and MLOps would be a plus Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other CRM tool is a plus Outstanding communication and presentation skills Lateral Leader, challenging personality, team player, community builder, ability to moderate and adapt communication/presentation quickly to groups with heterogeneous backgrounds Experience with applying agile software product development principles and techniques (e.g. Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.) You'll bring openness, mutual respect + understanding, curiosity and positive attitude to collaborations across the domain and company You thrive in an environment embedded with freedom and don't need constant guidance Experience working in/with business teams, evidence of improving agile + organizational processes and the ability to interpret and communicate actionable findings to senior management Fluent in English Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
