You will help German travelers to easily research and book their trips. Join an international team and work with people from all over the world!

About the Company : Your profile :

  • Your first language is German.
  • Fluent in English (B2).
  • Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains).
  • Available to work on the project between 7h00 and 21h00 (possibly weekends).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities :

  • Quick and effective assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings.
  • Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings.
  • Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns.
  • Provide helpful and effective service in case customers need support during their trip.
  • Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network.
