SAP BasisEquação IT is a company focused on boosting technology and solid solutions through our expert consultants leading a high perspective and adding value to our customers with the purpose of providing optimization and business growth to our partners.We are looking for a SAP Basis with the following requirements: Requirements: • Ability to support customers on infrastructure setup in the role of the tecnical first contact. • Ability to implement tasks like SAP installation’s, SAP Upgrades, Tech Refreshes (Hardware, OS) and further changes in alliance with customer’s. • Ability to Analyse issues in a well standardized and automated environment. • Willingness to keep the standards and to avoid individual solutions. • Colaborete in a virtual and in a dynamic environment speaking mostly in English. • Ability to translate business demand and requirements into technical solutions. • Weekend work and OnCall should be possible. • First and Second Level Support for all system lines. To deliver the above competences, client considers relevant skills for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skilset and experience covering the following áreas or tools: • Experience with challenges in a hight secure data center. e.g. networking architecture and configuration (VPC, subnet, IP ranges, Security Groups, Routing tables, Gateways, VPN, etc.) • Knowledge about the standard IT Processes in large companies. e.g. ITIL. • Experience with Linux (preferred SLES). Know how with system, namespaces, cgroups and SELinux. • SAN, NAS Storage, Backup/Restore. • Well knowledge in SAP Hana, SAP Stack (ABAP/JAVA), SAP Web dispatcher. • Experienced in SAP Upgrades, OSDB migration, system copies, cryptographic, certificate handing. • Experience with cloud vendors like AWS or Azure. • Duration: Contract for 12 Months (possibility of extension);• Localization: Remote (Candidates must be in Portugal).
