We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team.

Tasks

  • Be a single point of contact for our users for their journey with Habyt
  • Help out on the ongoing support of our users
  • Prioritize and manage requests and keep support tickets up to date
  • Schedule, oversee, and assist contractors, ensuring the safety, quality, and cleanliness of work performed

Requirements :

  • You are a high achieving recent graduate
  • Full-working proficiency in English required, German, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
  • Strong international background through work and study abroad
  • You thrive on communication, both written and verbal, you are proficient with social media
  • You can keep yourself accountable and able to work without well-worn paths or established protocols
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You have a passion for real estate, shared living and Habyt mission
