Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Expert supports Group Marketing Global Leads on the roll out, cascading and adoption of global recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to the Digital Marketing Experts Team. The goal is to achieve consistency across all Digital Marketing Experts Streams, by ensuring standard ways of working and best practices implementation throughout all categories.

A day in the life of...

• Rollout and Adoption of Global Recommendations: The Digital Marketing Expert ensures the successful rollout, cascading, and adoption of global recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including the Digital Marketing Experts Team. This involves effectively communicating and implementing the recommendations across different categories.
• Consistency and Best Practices Implementation: The Group Marketing Expert SPOC works towards achieving consistency across all Digital Marketing Experts Streams by establishing and enforcing standard ways of working and implementing best practices. This helps ensure a unified approach and high-quality output across all categories.
• Addressing Digital Marketing Experts' Needs by understanding their requirements, providing support, and finding common approaches and solutions for team growth and evolution.
• Support in Training, Interviewing, and Onboarding for new team members. This ensures that new hires are properly integrated into the team and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Identification and Amplification of Success Stories by recognizing and showcasing outstanding achievements, sharing them with relevant stakeholders, and leveraging them to inspire and motivate the team.
• Driving Change and Influencing Experts by working with a complex organizational model, engaging with senior stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Ability to proactively and independently follow-up with business partners and teams to identify opportunities, sell-in strategies and manage projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions to meet common goals.
• Ability to work across many accounts/projects seamlessly and simultaneously.
• Proven strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels, including executives.
• Experience working in FMCG (marketing, sales, communication, business analytics) industry a plus.
