Job description - what you will get to do:Assist in the ongoing localization of our digital marketing strategies and tactics;Analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance;Publish email marketing campaigns and keep the email database up-to-date;Develop content marketing strategies to increase organic SEO traffic;Plan and schedule social media content by working with a Copywriter and Graphic Designer;Assist Full Stack Marketer on Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to acquire and retain users;App Store Optimization (ASO) tactics for our app listing page on Google Play and App Store;Develop landing pages for campaigns and verticals: app, buddies, participants, etc;Stay on top of marketing trends, tools, and technologies and identify new opportunities.Drive user acquisition and engagement while increasing brand affinity.Main requirements - you should:Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing;At least a basic working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, etc);Certificates (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus;Ability to work autonomously, develop creative strategies, and set best practices;Willingness to learn and develop yourself with the support of the team and not afraid to experience new things;Have an analytical mind, using data to improve actions and future strategies;Problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities;Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work;Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Other languages are a plus;Team-work skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate/collaborate effectively;Willingness to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment and disposition to take on multiple responsibilities and deadlines where prioritization is key;Passionate about the three social S’s: social entrepreneurship, social innovation and social impact;Have a good sense of humour - and we are not even joking.
