Position Summary : We are looking for a J unior Learning & Development Specialist to join the Human Resources & Business Services department. The main purpose of this role is supporting the Learning & Development portfolio of Nestlé in Portugal through training needs collection and annual execution of the competency building plan/budget. Also, deliver some of the training solutions as a leading facilitator and/or support the pool of internal trainers.

A day in the life of... :

  • Evaluate results of needs assessment based on training needs collection and employees' development needs
  • Support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings and leading trainer/co-trainer of specific training solutions
  • Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date, reporting and purchasing process
  • Drive internal communicate for all relevant training solutions through internal messages, learning catalogue, Learning Management system etc.
  • Manage Learning Management system and training administration
  • Drive continuous improvement projects in the area of Learning & Development - training needs assessment, administrative process, network of internal trainers etc.

What will make you successful :

  • 1-3 years work experience in training & development field
  • Knowledge in training management and design of learning solutions
  • Very good level in English
  • Experience with a Learning Management system
  • Being creative: with adaptable and disruptive behaviours
  • Experience in Marketing & Communication is a plus (preferred)
