Join our team as a Customer Support Agent in Lisbon, providing essential assistance to bank clients. As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle various client inquiries via phone and email, prviding accurate and complete information. Tasks Handle all incoming contacts from bank clients, including ID and T-PIN issues, Postbank app setup, card-related matters, safety concerns, transactions, and complaints. Answer customer queries and resolve potential issues. Utilize adequate tools, processes, and methods to ensure accurate, valid, and complete information provision. Deliver exceptional client service, aiming for first-contact issue resolution. Work from office Requirements At least C1 German and B1 English proficiency, both oral and written. Ability to actively listen, identify, apply, and explain product and service expertise with clarity. Capability to handle stressful situations effectively. EU Passport holder Benefits €167 meal card per month. Shifts: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm. 10 days of training (9am to 5:30pm) plus at least one week nesting. Permanent Contract. Guidance and tools to reach your full potential. Reimbursement for travel expenses: up to €700 from abroad, up to €150 from Portugal.
